A:接通电源
B:打开电源开关,根据真空包装的要求设定真空时间.
C:根据真空袋的材质来设定封口温度和封口时间.
D:放置产品到封口条上.
E:压下真空盖开始抽真空，另外一个真空室开始放置产品．
Ｆ：当达到一定真空度后，进入封口程序．
Ｇ：封口结束后进入冷却状态，然后放气．包装完成．
Ｈ：把真空室盖压向另一个真空室开始另一个真空循环．
本机有两个真空室轮流工作，上、下工作室全部采用不锈钢材料制成，结构合理，气密性好，美观耐用，并符合食品卫生与防腐要求，上工作室装有一组热压封口装置，并采用平衡结构，可在任何位置停留，并有缓冲保护。
本机具有真空抽气、封口、印刷产品标签一次完成功能，真空度由时间电位器设定开关调节，封口温度分五档调节，以变压器加热电压的高低来达到不同的封口温度，热封时间采用数字显示时间继电器来控制，本机采用换字方便、印字清晰的印制产品标签装置，以符合国家食品标签法的规定。
该机具有设计先进、功能齐全、性能稳定可靠、使用范围广、封口强度好、包装能力强、经济效益高、使用方便等特点，是目前较理想的真空包装机。 包装材料：各种复合塑料薄膜、塑料铝箔，如，涤纶/聚乙烯、涤纶/聚丙烯、尼龙/聚丙烯、聚丙烯、尼龙/聚乙烯、涤沦/铝箔/聚乙烯、尼龙/铝箔/聚乙烯。

This machine have two Vacuum Room to work alternatively, all be made of stainless steel. Its configuration is logical and air tight is good. Also it is handsome and durable, and be up to the standard of the food hygiene and antisepsis.
This machine can finish one time with vacuum pump, sealing and printing label. The vacuum is adjusted by Timer, sealing temperature have five 5 shelf regulations, it can arrive different sealing temperatures by the heating pressure of transformer.
